Getting Enterprise grade support from Google for Google Apps
Hi, I am interested in tips on how to get Enterprise grade support from Google for their Apps, Drive etc.
Despite being a 200K+ FTE enterprise, it is difficult to get priority/interest etc from Google for relatively simple issues, such as improved management of folder permissions in their "shared max" enviornment.
The frustrating thing is I don't believe there is anything 'unique' or 'world first' about our issues, just that they tend to come up in the large enterprise size environments more than smaller deployments.
Can anyone please point me towards an Enterprise grade user forum, or provide other suggestions?
I am assuming this could be one of those 'missing connect the dots' issues, so it might be a simple solution where someone from Google points me towards the correct forum/contact etc; would like it if the solution is that simple.
