Not really sure the estate size but I would suggest, in the absence of a tool, you do it manually. It is fairly simple.
On each system, run "lslpp -L all" and "rpm -qa" these should list all the installs/packages on the system. Do that on every systems and the aggregate the information.
Bonus: if you want to do this on a periodic basis you can add these tasks to the cron job and have them write to a networkshare. Then you can pick them up and do your analysis :)
