Source: ILMT and Big Fix 9.2

In order to run BigFix Inventory (v9.2) you would need all agents to be pointed at an install of the BigFix Console. Does your ILMT console reference ILMT 9.2 or does it appear to be BigFix? For any environment with less than 50,000 servers there are separate install packs for ILMT and BigFix. Over 50,000 endpoints BigFix needs to be used for scale (note - ILMT can still be the usage in this instance) and therefore the install file would look like BigFix.
One might argue that if there are components of BigFix installed that can't be used, due to no BigFix console accepting content, then BigFix shouldn't be a chargeable item. These arguments can be difficult in audit situations, however.
Often, these components show up due to 'all in one' installer packages used for installation. If within your environment you can see an ILMT console and agents for each server, you could also take the approach of disabling the BigFix components. Once you are certain they aren't reporting relevant data, you can either uninstall them completely or exempt them within the tool. If you exempt items that are unable to be removed, you can also seek validation from IBM that they will accept this under audit. When exempting any items within the tool, I recommend including in the exemption any documentation from IBM to validate your position.
Let me know if this helps your situation.
