Obviously some of those are impossible to quantify *cough*frustration*cough* and others are difficult, like how much time does a tech take on an old PC? (And is part of the answer a procedure cutting off troubleshooting time at a point..?)
I'd really like to know where this research is to reference for our organization as well! When/where was this statement made?
