In light of the recent Gartner MQ
I'm interested in hearing from current Snow users. Gartner mention concerns around presales support and also a loss of focus due to organisational changes.
What's your experience in the last year or so? As a former customer it felt to me like SLM8 was a bit of a struggle to support with some significant issues, particularly around daily update jobs. What's your experience?
