Some things to bear in mind:
If you have warm DR, is it segregated during normal operations to prevent end users and workloads being run on it?
If you have cold DR, what does the license say about powered off machines? Look for clauses around "installed" vs "installed and in use"
Some publishers will have specific language in license agreements for DR scenarios, others don't see a difference between DR & Prod
As an example, consider Windows SQL Server. SQL Server has failover rights meaning that, with certain conditions met, you only need to license the Primary.
In comparison, Windows Server has no failover rights so you'll need to license both primary and secondary in warm DR.
Your starting point is looking at the individual vendor and product information, unfortunately no shortcuts here.
