We have users with standard rolls AND with Admin roles. Do we count them twice?
Our ISO decided that administrative duties, such as adding roles to users, should only be done within a USER ID that is clearly "Admin". However, because our Admin users may also engage in standard transactions, such as requesting travel, we ended up with multiple user IDs for a single person. I can't find any SAP documetation that explains whether we should count each user as one person or two.
