Are you, as a community, still seeing aggressive auditing practices by Micro Focus post-merger with HPE Software?
The new Micro Focus management team has said that the aggressive auditing practices initiated by the Attachmate team and the proliferated through the organization are a thing of the past. And now the New Micro Focus is much more customer relationship concious. However, there also appears to be rumblings that this practice continues. High priced "true-ups", punitive interest penalties on past not compliance, etc. Have you see or heard of these practices continuing over the past 6 months?
