Are there any of organisations experiencing issues with Microsoft HUP since the process was changed?
My company offers Office 2019 for £11.99 under HUP. I am aware of the 5 install rule on o365 but a significant number of our employees prefer the 2019 offer, In January Microsoft change the process and now users have to be invited to take part (previously they just had to enter their corporate email address at microsofthup.com). When I invite them they get an email from Mircosoft which contains a link which should take them to a webpage to buy the product but actually takes them to a webpage that says the offer is not available in the USA. We are entirely UK based.
Microsoft Tech Support have said it is something to do with language settings in o365 Admin which has got our Tech People scratching their heads. I'm interested to know if anyone has similar issues?
