Can someone provide me basic strategies for negotiating with resellers?
I have been working in SAM for almost 6 years now, however my role was limited to conducting software audits (in my previous organisations) and managing internal SAM (internal reviews, identifying non compliance etc.) for a large organisation (in current role). I am about to move to a new role which includes software procurement as a part of the complete SAM process. Would appreciate if someone can provide basic strategies for negotiating software prices with the reseller.
